I was instantly struck by the style of this lamp (together with its 1 bulb sibling). On that front, the product image speaks for itself--either you locate it attractive or not. You'll find several items that the images don't show, nonetheless. 1st, despite the fact that it might at 1st glance seem to be metal, the body of the lamp is a dark wood. Second, the lamp looks like it could possibly be unstable, but the base is significantly heavier than the rest of it, meaning its center of gravity is low and it remains extremely stable--I've never ever been worried it was going to tip over. Third, the cord emerges out of 1 of the long sides with the rectangular base, so this may affect how you'd want to place it. (Read More...)

Chinese Style Decor - 25" Dark Green Celadon Rice Bucket Oriental Table Lamp w/ Pagoda Shade

I bought two of these lamps and they are beautiful. The lamp shade is attractive and just right for the lamp. My surprise was the color of the base. The base is "very" green.....a surprise for me as my monitor showed it as being more of a taupe color with green tones. The green is a dark "Christmas" green. All turned out well as these were a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a "green freak" and loved the lamps. (More...)

This fixture looks great in our entryway. I love the clean, contemporary look it instantly gives our home. I was looking everywhere for a drum-shade pendant for the right price and here it is! The shade itself is made of a papery-fabric, but because it is meant for a ceiling where no one will touch it, that doesn't pose a problem at all. It gives off great light, too! (More Detail...)

With a name like "Best Low Price Excellent Quality Practical End Table" how can you go wrong? Actually, despite the name, I wouldn't really call this a nightstand, but it worked great for what I needed - a small set of drawers to put under my desk for storage. Just as the picture shows, it is a set of three drawers on wheels made out of wicker. It arrives assembled. It's not high-end but it's pretty sturdy and well built and you can't beat the price. This is really a fantastic obtain. I'm presently furnishing my new condo and I've a modern/contemporary look I'm trying to establish. I bought two of these lamps, 1 for each nightstand inside the bedroom. First thing you notice correct out of the box is the stunning lines on this lamp. Absolutely nothing round or curved which was specifically what I was seeking for. The faux leather is convincing along with the white stitching along the edges were a good touch. The shiny metal brace holding the shade on best was a terrific accent piece. The black lamp shade is best for the bedroom scene as it produces subdued lighting to induce sleep (or sets the stage for something a bit additional intimate too).
