I had bought two of these since they were in my price range and matched my decor really nicely. Unfortunately, when I received them, they had been smaller than what the advertisement stated. I right away contacted their customer service chat, which was almost IMPOSSIBLE to come across (could not uncover a telephone number anywhere). I told them it wasn't fair I had spent income on one thing they advertised incorrectly and really should have received the item that WAS advertised. They weren't very beneficial and the guy could barely Sort English with typos and lines that did not make any sense. Not-so-great consumer service.
Now towards the lamp. It is really cute, BUT among the lamps where the golden style is on the body is rubbed off half way, so it looks like they didn't even check to see if that one was okay to sell. Secondly, the lampshades are Really inexpensive. It is possible to see the glue all over the back. They essentially folded it over and glued it with definitely dark yellow glue. Horrible.
